Sorry to hear of Sheila’s passing, we would walk our dogs together occasionally and I remember she looked so forward to being able to retire it’s sad she didn’t get to enjoy it for very long.
Similar life experiences in growing up in that east country and having shared some of the same health issues gave us plenty to talk about. We also echoed each other’s political views and that gave way to some interesting discussions from time to time.
She was certainly an interesting person and very kind to her critters and she will be missed.

I miss Sheila everyday - we met at the dog park and became fast friends as we walked hundreds of miles together over the years. I admired Sheila's keen wit and her unvarnished opinions about life and politics!
She was so proud to tell me when every one of her great nieces and nephews were born, which always resulted in a discussion about what kind of quilt she should make for them before heading out on a 'Fabric Acquisition Road Trip'. One of her retirement goals was to make sure each one of them received a quilt from Auntie Sheila, and she was devastated that cancer robbed her of that opportunity. Family was so important to Sheila, and I am grateful for the years that she was also part of mine - you will be missed my friend.
Love June, Nick & Marc

Sheila was my neighbour for many years.
Always making sure the bird feeders were full to feed the birds & squirrels.
Gentle and kind to her fur babies. She loved her cats so much!
I’m missing her already, I keep looking for her cats that would hang outside in their cat condo.
Willow the Manx would hunt down all the mice in our yards, Sheila was the only human Willow trusted.
We’re all going to miss Sheila.

To all of Sheila's family I offer my deepest condolences and prayers. It is so hard to lose a family member but knowing she is with our heavenly father we now know she is experiencing true love and happiness. So sorry for all. Hugs and prayers
