I have many fond memories of you, Uncle Darius. From the fun joke filled family gatherings when I was younger, to helping me out when I had my health problems. You were one of the funniest, kindest, and most selfless people I have ever met. We were very blessed to have you as part of the family. Till we all meet again, Rest easy Uncle!

Darius and Garywould sit in tge seat behind us on the schoolbus and we would have a great time laughing and making jokes. He would always make you smile and feel good. Later around 12 to 15 years after school bus days I had the pleasure of working on the same rig as him for a couple months being his cross shift relief and he was always good for a great laugh every day. A fantastic character and a great person. Rest in peace buddy.

Uncle Darius and Aunty Nancy were a huge part of mine and Hayley’s childhoods. There were many visits to the farm Where we had full range to explore and be little kids. The most vivid memory I have of uncle Darius is him finding it hilarious to try and put his chew into hayley and mines belly button. He would be silly and tease and we would squirm and giggle. This always seemed to take place in the kitchen. Which I find funny. Unfortunately as we got older we didn’t get to make much trips to the farm. But the impact of those stays with them is ever lasting. Thank you guys for giving us a slice of country living in our childhood . We love you, we will miss you.
