Maria Diegel
1925 - 2024
Maria Diegel of Stettler, beloved wife of the late Sam Diegel, passed away peacefully in Stettler on December 11, 2024 at the age of 99 years.
Maria is survived by her three sons: Marvin (June Bier) Diegel, Stanley Diegel and Dwayne (Cynthia) Diegel; grandchildren: Steve (Shannon) Diegel, Calvin Diegel, Shannon (Mike) Krzyczkowski, Wade (Ybiett) Diegel, Arden (Deanne) Diegel, Tasha (Aaron) Cordel, Richelle (Greg) Skocdopole, Tannor (Jennifer) Diegel and Trissell (Murray Morlock) Diegel; twenty-two great grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother Oscar Ost; sister Ida Schnell; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Maria was predeceased by her parents Christian and Maria Ost; husband Samuel Diegel; daughters-in-law Barbara Diegel and Gloria Diegel; brother Christian Ost; sisters Hilda Diegel, Emma Albrecht and Bertha Radke.
