Obituary of Elaine Elizabeth Haberstock

In Memory of

Elaine Elizabeth (Betty) Haberstock (nee Rieger)

            Elaine will be lovingly and forever remembered by her family and friends.  At 85 years of age, she passed away peacefully at the Extendicare Michener Hill, Red Deer, AB.

            Elaine is survived by her five daughters and their partners: Kate Brenchley (Brad), Bonny Kaechele (Ron), Betty Muhlbach (Terry Syson), Sherry Mailer (Bev) and Winnie Litvak plus 10 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.  She is also survived by four siblings and their spouses: Charlie Rieger (Diane), Leo Rieger (Shirley), Evie Nelson (Danny), Donna Basran (George) and one brother in law Wally Bray and their families.

Elaine was predeceased by her loving husband Ed, her parents Joseph & Julia Rieger, a sister Freda Bray and a son-in-law Jimmy Chapman.

A family interment will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Big Valley Cemetery, Big Valley Alberta followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Stettler Funeral Home.
