Jan will be forever missed by her loving family, mom Teresa Leibel; sisters and brothers: Amy (David) Churchill, Nicholas (Hannah) Leibel, Luke (Rikki) Leibel, and Naomi (Chad) Bohle; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

A private celebration of Jan’s life will be held.
