Obituary of Robert Frederick Brosinsky

Robert “Bob” Frederick Brosinsky

February 9, 1943 – April 27, 2023

Bob from Bashaw, AB passed away at the Stettler Hospital on April 27, 2023. He was born on February 9, 1943 in Macklin, SK. Bob lived life on his terms working in various locations in Canada and the USA, then retiring to Bashaw. He loved visiting with people, especially with a cold beer and was generous with his garden vegetables that he gifted regularly to family and friends.

Bob will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his siblings, Raymond (Joyce) Brosinsky, Anthony (Julia) Brosinsky, Marcella (Larry) Heck, Kenneth (Geertruidia “Pat”) Brosinsky, Christopher (Debra) Brosinsky, Elaine (Garry) Rock, Deborah Bilou, Gladys Woodrow, Patricia (Ronald) West and Leo “Peter” (Charlene) Brosinsky. He is also survived by his brother-in-laws, Duane George and Maurice Loiselle and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Bob was predeceased by his parents Catherine “Katie” and Leo Brosinsky, sister Agnes George, sister-in-law Jean Brosinsky, brother-in-laws, Micheal “Dale” Bilou and Charles Woodrow. 

The family extends a thank you and tremendous appreciation to the Stettler Hospital staff and physicians and the Red Deer Regional Hospital ICU team for the wonderful care of Bob for the last month.
