Betty and Kendall are survived by their loving family, daughter Carol Dixon; son Dale Carlson; grandson: Kendall Jr. (Tamara) and great grandchildren: Michael, Jonathan and Duncan; grandson Justin (Marliss) and great grandchildren: Luke, Alexander, William and Sadie; granddaughter Catherine and great granddaughter Aurora; granddaughter Christina and great grandson Christian; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
