Dear Donna and family. I send heart felt sympathy to you all. Lindsay and Paul would have many chuckles on the phone and their visits. Paul would phone Lindsay up the next year after buying a bull and say how do those Penosky Bulls throw white legged calves then he would laugh and laugh. To the Penosky family, we send our hugs and love ,fond memories of you Lisa and Rhonda and Kathy and Shannon growing up together, whenever we would meet with Lindsay or Donna it was always a great visit , we usually were at auctions or in a store we would grab a quick visit , now that we are getting older and hearing of Lindsay’s passing we wish we would have extended those visits longer .. one thing though in my memories of those times together we always went away remembering the smiles and the happiness of meeting up with you Lindsay and Donna and the girls Allan and Nora Saar and our girls ….

My condolences to the Family. Lindsay was always so kind to me since the first day I started in Botha at the post office. Both Lindsay and Donna always made me feel like a welcomed part of the community instead of an outsider. I am so saddened by this news. He was such an amazing soul. ♡

We became good friends with Lindsay and Donna when we were farming near Botha and Gadsby for a few years in the 1980’s. Lindsay was a gentle, kind, caring soul who loved his family deeply. We were there when they built their house and have wonderful memories of times spent in both the old farm house and the new house. They were both great places to party and party we did. Lindsay will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Our love, thoughts and prayers are with Donna, his girls and all those who knew and loved him.
