Dad, there is so much i need to talk about. So many things I need to say. I need your help with so many things. You didn't leave me enough voicemails lol. I listen to the two i have constantly when I want to hear your voice. It is almost that time where we would be getting ready to drive up to Sparwood to meet you guys. Definitely not enough of those trips that's for sure. It is 9 months since you left us and I miss you as if it were yesterday. I feel myself everyday feeling more and more alone. I miss you so so very much. Love you forever.

There's a saying that there's a time for rest in the afterlife. This saying represents Metro more than anyone I have ever known. Metro was a champion of work ethic, he worked hard. He worked way more than imaginable, and when work was tough he did it with a smile on his face and a chuckle in his conversation. In the short few years, we came to know Metro as as hard working, dutiful, silent, but very knowledgeable man with a keen wish to learn new things. He cared deeply for his family as even though they were distant, we noticed he had to have his cell phone by his side and ready just in case they would call. To have the motor home parked where there was no reception was not acceptable. Our only regret is the few years couldn't have been longer. Our sincerist condolences to Tillie and family. My deepest condolences goes out Ottitia, Jan, Verin and family. My fondest memories of Metro was when we went camping in BC he didn’t talk much but always had that smile on his face. The campfire was his baby he made sure we never ran out off firewood. He truly loved his wife, children and grandkids. You will be greatly missed Missed Metro. May Your Soul Rest In Eternal Peace
