To Lorna and family, It is with very heavy hearts that we express our condolences to you re: Norman’s passing. He became like one of our family after helping us these many years and his acceptance of us as we were. We appreciated his humility, loyalty and dependability which went beyond the expectations and call of duties. We will never forget his mannerism while exercising his special talents, many abilities, and work ethics during his time with us.
