Gladys Mildred Davis

May 26, 1925 – August 8, 2021

Gladys Mildred Davis was born on May 26, 1925, in Galahad, Alberta. On Sunday, August 8, 2021, Gladys Davis passed away peacefully at the age of 96 years in the Stettler Health Care Centre.

She married Roland Davis on May 18, 1944.  After living in Sherwood Park for many years, they moved to Stettler in 2005.  Gladys lived in Paragon Place until November 2020 when she moved into Heritage House.  Gladys, a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family.

 Gladys will be lovingly remembered by children:  Betty (Harold) King, Wayne (Cheryl) Davis, Elaine Brown, Val Robbins and Joyce (Don) Kraus; grandchildren:  Stacey King, Jason King, Vanessa (Carl) Berends, Dana Warren, Melanie Mailhot (John), Cory Brown, Candice (Daron) Neigum, Brad (Melissa) Robbins, Ryan Robbins, Greg (Janice Kirkham) Robbins; great grandchildren: Samantha, Carver, Raquel, Amanda, Taylor, Shawn, Wayne, Shylo, Kelsey, Sheldon, Reagan, Ellery, Brielle and Landon; as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many dear friends.

Gladys was predeceased by parents Charles and Rosabel Baird; brothers:  Ralph, Charles, Harold (Bud) Arthur (Art) and Tom; sisters:  Lillian, Irene (Sis), Doris, Janet (Beanie), Thelma (Blue); sons-in-law Jim Robbins and Lloyd Brown; great grandson Michael and great granddaughter Jaiden.

Private Family Funeral Service will be held at the Lake View Cemetery, Stettler, Alberta on Friday, August 13, 2021, with Celebrant Verna Rock.  Memorial donations may be made to STARS or to a charity of your choice.
