Aleta, there are no words to describe how sad we feel for your Family. Eugene had a natural gift when it came to working with animals. We will surely miss his waves on the highway. There are no words to describe the incredible hole Eugene's passing leaves in our hearts. He was more than a neighbor and friend, he was the first call when we needed help with anything. He was always here for me when everyone was on the road. Warren was fortunate to spend many hours in his company this past fall as he tried to repay the countless times that Gene was here for us.
I wish I could be there with all of you to celebrate his life and the beautiful legacy he leaves behind. Please know my heart and prayers are with you.

Our heartfelt condolences Aleta and crew. We will miss meeting Eugene on the highway with his big friendly wave. We especially miss him on cattle hauling day when he would show up and bring a calm to the day. When he pulled out with our calves we knew they were in the best possible hands. He will be missed❤️❤️

Our sincere condolences Aleta, Rusty and Kelly and families. We have known Eugene all his life and we will miss him for sure. He always brought his cows out to pasture in the spring and they were right across the fence from ours. Frank and Gene had such a good arrangement for keeping the bulls where they belonged. We will miss our spring and fall visits with him. He was a kind soul. Frank and Shirley Fair.
