My son Patrick and I only met Lawrence a couple summers ago through the Stettler Trap Club, but he quickly became a good friend. Always greeted us with a friendly smile and welcoming hello. If more people were like Lawrence the world would be a better place. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the little tips and tricks Lawrence would share with my son at the trap cub. When Lawrence heard my son was taking guitar lessons he shared some stories of his time in the band and gave my son a little boost to keep learning and keep playing. Lawrence left everything he touched in better shape than he found it.

Sorry to hear of Lawrence's passing, our thoughts and prayers are with you Carol and family. We had many fun times travelling with the Treble Makers and I remember how much Lawrence enjoyed performing the comedy parodies and skits for the audience, Green and Purple Pills comes to mind with Lawrence wearing a nurses uniform with his cowboy boots singing bass.
