Dear Dad,
I'm sorry I didn't make it to your funeral, but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss you so very much. I would have written sooner, but I just found this link, looking up your sister on facebook. I find myself waiting for your call, on one of your trips out here to B.C. & then have to remember your not coming back. I wish I could have seen you & that you could have had the chance to see your sons, my brothers before you left, but it was almost like you were waiting for us to find each other before you could say good bye? God Dad why did you have to go so soon? I wasn't ready for you to leave yet. I love you so much & miss you, some days I cry so hard for you to come back.... We had some differences, we did, but I know you loved me as much as I loved you! I want you to know that I think of you all the time & I know you think of me. So be well Daddy & I hope when you look down from heaven, you're proud of me for how far I've come from where I once was. To all of my Dad's family, sorry for your loss. I love you Dad, bye 4 now.
