Obituary of Faye Dewey Bean

Faye "Pat" Dewey Bean passed away September 11, 2018 in Red Deer, Alberta. He was born February 16, 1927 at Castor, Alberta. Faye (known as Pat to his friends) spent much of his life in transportation. He did long haul trucking, spent many years as a bus driver and finally owned and operated his cab in Edmonton. Faye liked to golf, health permitting, and later enjoyed the social activities at the Senior Center in Sherwood Park. Most recently he has spent his years in Calgary with his best friend and partner Kay Dunstan. Faye leaves to mourn his partner Kay, daughter Gerry, son Tim, siblings Leam Murphy, Dan Murphy, Pat Kiesal, Lois Thorp and grandchildren Amanda and Greg and one great-granddaughter Taylor, and many other extended family members. He was predeceased by the mother of his children, Dorothy, his father Fay Bean, his mother Rose Murphy, brother Kirwan Murphy, sisters Diana Cox and Doris Hayne in addition to 2 grandchildren Lonnie and Patrick.
