Obituary of Ian Stuart Paterson
Ian Stuart Paterson of Stettler, Alberta peacefully passed away on January 14, 2018 at the age of 77 years. Ian was born on April 15, 1940 at Ponoka, Alberta. 37 years ago Ian married Sylvia Lanman and took on the arduous task of raising her 8 year old son. Ian spent 25 years as Sylvia’s caregiver and best friend. Ian is survived by his son Craig (Amber) of Erskine and four grandchildren Leonara, Samantha, Kyle and Nicolas and his great grandchildren William and Serenity. He will be forever loved and never forgotten.
