To Holly's Dad, sister and brothers, Holly's children and her precious grandchildren. I am sad that Your Holly died at such a young age when there was still so much to learn from her. She showed us all that intention will lead to results, that telling it like it is, is better than hiding behind a falsehood, that love lives and grows through the good times and the bad times, that hugs and kisses and saying "I love you" out loud was a good thing. She also understood that we are not all comfortable "doing and saying" and they are not in our nature but she felt that caring in your presence. Visits were welcome but often too short as she sometimes needed an assist lighting her cigarette! I was even offered a sleepover at the hospice if I would light her smoke. Laughing now at the memory. She stayed up too late for me. I know that hurting hearts take a long time to heal but know that others understand because although Holly was in our lives only a few years she was a special person to us also.
