Vivian is survived by her loving family: husband Frank West; her children: Brenda (Gordon) Klatt, Becky (Lionel) Clement, Bob (Joanne), Kevin (Kim) and Kelly Halseth (Steve); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and many dear friends.
