Blair is survived by his loving family: mom and dad Linda and Morgan Chapman of Stettler; sister Janene (Matthew) Barnett of Stettler; nephews Liam and Joshua Barnett; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and many, many dear friends and co-workers.
