Doris is survived by her loving family: husband Allan Speed of Stettler; children: James Speed of Alix, Dianna (Paul) Prebble of Whitehorse, Randy Speed of Tees, Laura (Michael) Coen of Ferintosh, Russell (Wanda) Speed of Donalda, Sharon Heslop of Bawlf and Helen Naslund of Holden; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Ralph (Muriel) Patterson of Wainwright, Verna Hughes of Victoria, Audrey (Harry) Hissett of Wainwright, Victor (Velda) Patterson of Irma and Lorna Klauer of Irma; sisters in law: Billie Patterson, Gwen Hales, Joyce Buckmeier and Barbara Meadows; brother in law Jim McNary; numerous nieces and nephews, other family members and many dear friends. Doris was predeceased by her son Irvin Speed, sister Evelyn McNary and brother Raymond Patterson and other family members. Funeral Service Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 2:00 P.M.
