Our thoughts and prayers with you and your family. We always enjoyed having Sheldon come and judge our Quarter Horse Shows in Ontario. He was a very fair judge and an excellent horseman. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. I will always remember the photos I found of him helping the Alberta Quarter Horse Youth Association with a fund raising barbecue.

Sheldon and Cindy were my horse parents for 7 summers of my life, and many additional weekends from the time I was 12. His wisdom went far beyond his excellence in horses and he never cease to make everyone bust out laughing. He will be missed in all aspects of his life - but most of all as a husband and father. Cindy, Lindsay and Wayne, my heart goes out to you.

I was so saddened to hear of Sheldon's passing. I will forever remember his kind comments and support at the Quarter horse shows. I was honored when he would take the time to watch my team and I and cheer us on in the Reining and Ranch Horse Pleasure. He also always made us feel welcome. I will never forget Sheldon giving me a confidence talk when I was a scared novice youth showing Somebody Nifty for the first time at a big show. I will never forget his wisdom and, most of all, his kindness. His family and friends are blessed to have known him. My deepest condolences go out to Cindy, Lindsay and Wayne.
