Obituary of Elizabeth "Betty" Irene Hadwin
Elizabeth Irene (Betty) Spencer was born on June 9, 1942 to Frank (Pete) and Evella Spencer in St. Catharines, Ontario. She was the oldest of six children, three girls and three boys. She grew up in Consort, Alberta where she attended school and then worked in the telephone office. On July 2, 1961 she married Frank Hadwin, they have three daughters, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
