Ron is survived by his wife Betty Smith; sons Glenn (Laurie) and Doug (Mavis); daughter Heather (Colin) Whymark; seven grandchildren: Jennifer Smith, Jeanette (Colin) Lawrence, Erin Smith (Irene Somerfeldt), Reid (Charly) Smith, Kyle Smith (Jordan Wasdal), Terrance Jones (Stephanie Bauman) and Kayla Whymark; four great grandchildren: Emma and Katie Lawrence and Talon and Stryder Smith; brother Fred Smith; sisters in law Lois Smith and Barbara Smith; as well as other relatives and many dear friends.
