Obituary of Elizabeth Anna Gordon

GORDON – Elizabeth (Betty) Anna passed away peacefully while in the University of Alberta Hospital on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Harvey; son James; one sister; three brothers; Betty is survived by her children Kay Hoff of Whitecourt, Pat Buckler of Spruce Grove, Sharon Moyen of Prince George, Randy Gordon of Alberta Beach, and Debbie Romano of Whitecourt; grandchildren Brian (Christa) Hoff, Debbie (Randy) Simard, Kelly (Barry) Gilchuk, Preston Stene, Amber Gordon, Rory Gordon, Allan (Ashley) Romano; great grandchildren Braxton Hoff, Matthew Simard, Meagan Simard, Ryan Gilchuk, Kyla Gilchuk, Shayanna Stene, Madison Stene, Kelly Ann Pighin, and Rayden Duncan as well as other family and a host of many friends. A funeral service celebrating Betty’s life will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the Mayerthorpe Legion, Mayerthorpe AB. Memorial donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S.
