Joan: It has been so many years since we last visited. I remember the old horsey days in the Valley and my time living in your cottage in Tsolum - was that really 35 years ago ? Joan and family, I hold many fond memories of Larry and our early years growing up together in Cumberland and visits with you, Larry and the kids at "Auntie" and "Uncle Bob's" home in Cumberland on my trips home. Over the last couple of years, I have enjoyed my telephone chats with Larry and catching up on old times and hearing about all that you've been up to on the ranch. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He was a very special man and will be truly missed. May you take comfort in the many memories you have made through the years together. To Joan and family: I, (Marilyn) am Larry's cousin. My mother, Dorie Plecas and Larry's Dad are brother and sister. My brother Bob and Larry were both born in 1944. Larry did call me to let the family know he and Joan had relocated to Alberta and invited us to visit the ranch. He was so very happy to fulfil that dream. We are so saddened by your loss.
