Obituary of John Wellington Parker

John Wellington Parker passed away suddenly on March 11, 2016 at the age of 65 years in the Foothills Hospital in Calgary. John was born in Virden, Manitoba on March 14, 1950. He leaves to mourn his wife Melinda Parker; daughter Stacey Parker (Dwayne Baker) and son Chad Parker (Meaghan MacKenzie); granddaughters Lisa, Madison and Jennifer; sister Linda (Peter) Dubuc and nieces Tanya (Grant) Jones, Jackie (David) Pickard and Kim Dubuc; brothers and sisters in law: Clarence (Delores) Airey, Bill (Judy) Airey, Naureen (Lyonel) Wiltse, Roxinne Carlson, Claire Langford; sister in law Laurie Waltham; aunt Elaine and uncle Grant Silvius; several great nieces and nephews, many extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Harold in 1998, his mother Anne in 2011. Funeral service will be held at the Stettler Funeral Home on March 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM and interment at Gadsby Omega Cemetery, with a luncheon to follow service at Stettler Funeral Home.
