Mr. Edmund Leopold (Leo) Knowles passed away while in Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital, Castor, AB at the age of 88 years.
Leo is survived by his siblings George (Nora) Knowles, Shirley (William) Ries, Herbert Knowles, Wilma Zurfluh, Nora Spencer, Karen (Gordon) Hogg, Sandra Smyth and brother in law Mike Johnson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, numerous other family and a host of many special friends.
Funeral services for the late Leo Knowles will be held in the Heartland Chapel of the Stettler Funeral Home, Stettler, Alberta on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Memorial Contributions in Leo's memory may be made to the Byemoor Cemetery or to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
