Hazel is survived by her loving family: husband John Kuck of Castor; daughters: Pamela (Berton) Barnes of Cold Lake, Rhonda (Richard) Fontaine of Athabasca and Audrey Sorensen (Bill Hungerford) of Carseland; beloved grandchildren: Randi Martin, Angèl Fontaine, Byron Fontaine, Cheilan Sorensen (Paul Miller) and Kia Maddocks; sisters Gloria Branden of Strome and Sandra (Rick) West of Beiseker; other family members and many dear friends.
