William “Bill” Spiller

May 29, 1953 ~ June 8, 2026

It is with immense sadness we announce the passing of the best fisherman a boat ever saw: Our most loved and cherished Husband, Dad and Papa, Bill Spiller. 

After successful careers in education, oilfield, and safety management, Bill retired to the lake, and sometimes home (his own piece of paradise).

Bill led by living with intention and with every box checked, he passed peacefully at home, with his best catch and loving wife of almost 51 years, Deb, at his side.

Bill leaves behind his most prized catches to keep on fishin’: his wife Debra; children Scott (Kari) and Kirsten (Russell); grandchildren Kayl (Hattie), Ryder, Emmy (Jared) and Logan.

He also leaves in his wake his crew of beloved family and friends.

As per Bill's wishes, there will be no service. He's going fishing.
