Thomas Robert Davidson of Castor, beloved father passed away peacefully at Our Lady of the Rosary Hospital in Castor on May 21st, 2026, at the age of 89 years.

Tom is survived by his children: Tom, Holly, Christie, Steven and Roy; other family and many dear friends.

Tom is predeceased by his daughter Kelly.

Tom was born June 6, 1936, at the town of Canmore to his parents Ester Mifflin and Thomas Davidson, he had three sisters Aileen, Olive and Marjorie. His family owned the dairy in Canmore, Tom worked at the dairy but was an adventurous soul. He did multiple jobs; coal mining, cat skinner, gathering animals for Disney horse wrangler and stunt man for old movies in the Bow Valley, mechanic and welder, but most of all a Cowboy. Known as the sheriff at the Yaha Tinda, his love of living in the mountains, hunting and riding was his life. He lived in Castor since 1975 after leaving Calgary, but the west always called and that is where he is now; riding Ginger his beloved horse.

He lived his life his way.
