Clara Ella Sorensen

November 17, 1934 ~ March 20, 2026

It is with sad hearts that Clara’s family announce the passing of their dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt; at Points West Living, Stettler Alberta on March 20, 2026 at ninety one years young.

Clara is survived by her children Rodney “Red” (Karen) Sorensen and Deb (Dan) Tschritter;

grandchildren: Bree Sorenson (Waldo, her dog), Mykayla Sorensen (Jesse Anderson), Morgan (Jessie) Sorensen, Mackenzie Sorensen (Kody McManus), Baileigh Sorensen, Willow Sorensen (Daisy Osberg),

Callie (Riley) Anderson and Sarah Tschritter, great grandchildren: Harper, Sage, Nova, Charlie and Dawson; brother Dave (Becky) Gerlitz; sisters: Lydia Thacker, Joyce Iggulden, Kathleen Keibel, Linda (Lorne) Haner; sisters-in-law: Ella (John) Kisser, Loraine Gerlitz and Dallas Raessler; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Clara is predeceased by husband Ernie Sorensen; grandson Lane Turigan; brother Alex Gerlitz; sisters: Elsie (Mickey) Moody, Ester Mykyta, Mary (Bob) Ried, Margaret (Ken) Cebulack, brother’s-in-law: Glen Iggulden, Alan Keibel, Leon Thacker, Andy (Agnes) Sorensen, Annie (George) Ridgedale, Eva (Hardy) Galster, Bill Sorensen, Allan (Patsy) Sorensen, Willie Raessler.
