Bruce Russell Stanley Quance

1976 ~ 2025

Bruce Quance passed away on November 16, 2025, in the town of Stettler, at the age of 49 years. Bruce was born in Stettler, Alberta, on August 18, 1976. He spent the majority of his working career in the oil patch and, more recently, rediscovered his passion for agriculture and working with cattle. Bruce enjoyed chuckwagons, camping, playing cards, watching his girls, Keela and Jorja participate in barrel racing and extracurricular activities, and was always up for a spontaneous road trip or adventure with his buddies. Bruce enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and always brought outrageously funny stories to share at the table that generated lots of laughter and joy. 

Bruce is survived by daughters Keela and Jorja; mother of his daughters Sarah Hall; mother Connie Quance; father Stanley (Bonnie) Quance; brother Riley (Melanie) Quance; sister Amy (Glenn) Kobi; nephew and nieces:  Ethan Quance, Avery Quance, Megan Kobi, Taylor Kobi, Sidney Kobi and Natalie Kobi; uncle and aunts Pearl (Orville) Plitt, Dwight (Ivalee) Quance and Stan Diegel; as well as numerous other relatives and many friends.

Bruce was predeceased by paternal grandparents Melville & Janet Quance; maternal grandparents; Merrill Umphrey & Bernice Chavis and Auntie Gloria Diegel.
