Dwayne is survived by his loving partner Fern Bolduc; daughter Diane (Greyson); sons Sydney, Aaron and Matthew; stepson Chad; daughter-in-law Grace; grandchildren; Jacob, Jade, Adam, Dylan, Ryker, Everleigh and Zakery; brothers Kim (Barbara), Dan (Laura); sisters Donna and Susan (Rick); as well as many other family and friends.

 

Memorial Donations may be made to the Bashaw Cemetery, Bashaw United Church or a charity of choice.
