I had the honor and privilege of working side by side, with Tairin. He demonstrated such professionalism for such a young man. He had an infectious smile. When he smiled, you smiled. His passion for cooking brought us closer, as I had the same passion. Tairin and I shared recipes, tips and samples. His desire was to move to Italy to study in Culinary and become a Chef. He would tell me about his family, his regrets, his focus to make this better. He said his biggest supporter was his mom. He talked about her, alot. He would always include how beautiful she is. He loved her so much. He loved all his family. He would always laugh when he would hear me say, I'm talking in my Grama voice, don't make me use my Mama voice !" I will never forget you Tairin. I will carry your memory in my heart forever. When I mention Tairins name and I'm asked who that is, I reply, "My Friend."
