Patricia Rae Brown passed away peacefully at the West Park Lodge, in Red Deer, on June 12, 2025, at the age of 87 years. 

Pat was born in Castor Alberta on April 21, 1938, where she grew up and had the fondest memories of skating on the creek, skiing down the cliffs and hanging around with her lifelong friends.  Pat married Harry Brown on January 14, 1955.  Pat worked a few careers: furniture sales at the Bay and Woodwards; Real Estate with A. E. LePage; and then Pat went back to school and obtained her Psychiatric Nursing diploma. Pat worked at Alberta Hospital Ponoka and Red Deer Regional Hospital for years, retiring in 2002.

Pat and Harry had 3 children, Rory, Bonny and Lauren. 

Pat was an avid gardener, bridge player, and she enjoyed walking, camping and being with family. 

Pat leaves to mourn her passing her brother Larry; son Rory; daughter Bonny (Kevin) and daughter Lauren; five grandchildren: James, Lynda, Patricia, Michael and Sean; nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. 

Pat was predeceased by her parents Leonard and Helen and husband Harry.

 A Private Interment was held in the Castor Cemetery on June 21, 2025, where she is together again with her husband.
