Harriet loved her residents at Heart Haven so much. She knew them by name and all of their likes and dislikes. She had their meals prepared exactly as they wanted them. When someone was sick she even delivered to their rooms. Her baking was famous especially Xmas platters and oh those cinnamon buns. She was loved by many- rest easy Harriet

Ritchie and family,so sorry to hear about Harriet’s passing,I had the pleasure to work with her at heart haven,she spoilt the residents,there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do for them and yes she spoilt the staff as well,she will never be forgotten and I will surely miss her,she was a very giving person.
