So sad to hear of the passing of Jim, was truly a gentleman and always willing to help. He had too many sad events in his life and now his family has one more to add to their life. Jim earned the respect of many people. The community will truly miss him.

Shirley, Bob and families. So very sad each time we hear of someone passing from Home. (Halkirk) it is so tough losing one family member but the passing of Jim and Ann is a very tough go. My dad, Harold Chick, had the greatest respect for Jim. Dad always said how smart he was and how he could do anything. Your family has great memories and I hope they bring comfort. We send our deepest sympathy out to all the members off the Ainsworth family on the passing of Jim and of his sister Ann, who also passed just the week before. The Ainsworth family were our neighbors and our friends in Halkirk, a friendship that has lasted some 60 years. We will miss those visits, though few and far between. Cherish your memories and take care of each other. xx
